With over 20 years in the electrical industry, Jonathan brings a wealth of hands-on expertise, leadership experience, and a strong process-driven mindset to every project. He began his career in the United Kingdom, completing his electrical apprenticeship before making the move to Australia. For the next 18 years, Jonathan built his career with Ampcontrol, progressing from electrician to Business Unit Manager. Along the way, he worked closely with many of New South Wales’ leading mining operations, delivering everything from complex electrical control systems to large-scale maintenance programs. His journey through the ranks has given him a unique perspective, and he understands the technical challenges on the ground, the strategic decisions at the management level, and the critical importance of well-defined processes to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. Jonathan is equally passionate about people as he is about process. He believes that a successful business relies on empowered, skilled, and engaged teams working within a clear framework. Gary has worked within the Underground Coal mining industry for over 3 decades starting as an electrical apprentice in the UK to manager level. Following a UK Coal management development program and Honours degree from the University of Nottingham the family emigrated to Australia. Holding both Engineering & Operational roles with many different coal companies most recently at Grosvenor Coal mine as Seamgas Manager. With a wide skillset portfolio in coal mine gas management, collaborative teamwork, process improvement and operational strategy, Gary’s role at Crown Technologies is to strengthen the company brand and provide technical expertise on gas drainage solutions.

Daniel Pike is a CPA-qualified Financial Controller with over 20 years’ experience in the mining services, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, Dan excels in job costing, project profitability, ERP implementation, and commercial strategy. He translates complex financial data into actionable insights, driving performance and margin improvement. Previously, Dan managed all commercial and finance functions for an engineering group, introducing project reporting and generating significant savings. Earlier in his career, Dan held various roles in the engineering sector, including Finance Manager for a major defence project. Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Financial and Management Accounting and is a member of CPA Australia.
